Update on Library Services

As the public health threat is still a possible concern, the Library Board of Trustees has voted to minimally change the current restrictions for Library Patrons. Patrons are still limited to a 30 minutes visit. You must still use hand sanitizer and are encouraged to wear masks upon entrance.  We will allow ten patrons in the building at one time. Starting on July 15th, children 16 and younger may enter the library if accompanied by an adult.  Children age 7 and under must stay under direct adult supervision at all times. Social distancing must be followed at all times until further notice, one (1) person in an aisle at a time.

We have only two computers available for use.  Please call to make an appointment to use them.  Staff will not be able to assist on the computers due to social distancing.

All materials being returned must go into the outside Book Drop.  Please do not bring them into the library as we have to quarantine/clean items before shelving them.  The library will start to charge an overdue fine on late books on July 15th.

Our curbside service is quite popular and it will still be available. By using the online catalog, patrons can reserve the books they want to checkout, and then email or call in to have the staff retrieve them from the shelves, check them out, and place outside for pickup.  The library phone number is 387-2032. We are happy to serve you and can not wait to get back to normal again.
