Alliance Public Library Book Club!
Discussions will be held on the last full week of th month on Tuesdays at 1pm and Thursdays at 4pm. Books can be picked up at the front desk and most require a $3 fee for postage. For more information contact Steven at sgerth@cityofalliance.net or 762-1387. All are welcome!
Overdrive
Overdrive is an online services available to all of our patrons that allows you to download audiobooks and ebooks for enjoyment on your home computer or mobile devices. Select audiobooks may even be burned to CD.
To sign in to your account:
- Go tohttp://nebraska.lib.overdrive.com or click the Overdrive link to the right of the page.
- Select Alliance Public Library
- Enter your Patron number found on the back of your library card or available at the circulation desk.
Interlibrary Loan
If you would like a book that we do not have available in our collection, we can try to obtain the book for you from another library through interlibrary loan. The only fee required is return postage, which averages around three dollars. To request a book via interlibrary loan, simply contact us at 762-1387 or email Tiffany at tkeenan@cityofalliance.net.
Brown Bag Programs
Brown Bag Programs are hosted in the community rooms on the first Friday of every month beginning in September and ending in May. Summer Reading
Each summer, during the months of June and July, we host an Adult Summer Reading program. Read as much or as little as you like, participate in our guessing game and online trivia contest, and win prizes!
