The Alliance Public Library exists to provide resources and services in a variety of formats that will assist area residents in meeting informational, cultural, recreational, and educational needs in an atmosphere that is welcoming, respectful, and businesslike. Our role is to serve the community as a popular materials library and independent learning center.
We aim to provide equal access of technology, print and multi-media materials to all who wish to be served. We are a full service library with a collection of 50,000 items, including audio, video, print, historical and multi-media materials. Our services include ten public access computers with current Microsoft office software and internet connection as well as Wi-Fi access for any patrons who wish to use personal devices in the library. We offer a number of cultural and leisure programs throughout the year, and our community meeting rooms are available to be used for civic, cultural and educational activities. All of these services are provided to our patrons free of charge.
