SUMMER IS DONE…..NOW WHAT DO WE DO?

Some kids are moaning, some are excited.  Parents are sighing.  After a busy, busy summer at the library, the library staff is enjoying some quiet.  It was a fabulous summer!  So much going on; so many classes!

So NOW WHAT DO WE DO?

We keep going!  Story times will resume on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m as of September 3rd.

New York Times bestselling Author TOSCA LEE will be here Sunday, August 25th, at 1:30 pm for discussions and book signings.  Her newest release is coming September 17th!  The Bookworm will be here selling her books.  Come meet this exciting, local author who has made it big!

We’ll be having Autism Friendly nights on Wednesday evenings this fall.   Our special Halloween story time, sensory play times and more will be announced throughout the upcoming weeks.   Join us on FACEBOOK to keep advised!

Please remind  your children that now that fall is upon us, and school has started, many folks are coming in to study.  Noise should be at a minimum.  We appreciate the cooperation!

Enjoy the upcoming months.  Look for great Halloween and fall centered children’s books as well as the new adult book releases.  Fall is a great time for readers!!! New releases abound!  Next blog post:  how to use your library account to the fullest.  Exciting stuff, trust me!
