What a wonderful month we have had at the Library, it has been such a joy to see so many of our regular patrons and so many new ones coming and supporting us.  A Hugh Thank You to Everyone!!  It is truly a blessing to be a part of such a great community!!
As everyone knows we met out $250,000.00 goal thanks to large donations by Kugler Company/Diane Kugler, Golight Inc/Jerry Gohl, Gerald & Rosema…ry Corey, Culbertson Bear Booster Club, Steven Fries, Roland & Janette Miller, Dolan & Barb Brown, Tom Crews, Jerry Soloman, Riley Morthole, Fire & Rescue,  Moorehouse Inc, Jim & Sherry Louis, J L Construction, Kenney Kolbet, Roger & Lynn Kolbet, Fred & Bonnie Weber, Barry & Lisa Ellis, Kenneth & Myrna Alberts, Marvin & Betty Harms these are just the one’s that I know of that have donated $1,000 or more.  This does not even mention all the one’s that donated during our fund raisers annonmously.  A Big Thanks!!  I am truly sorry if I missed anyone it was not intentional.
We have received a grant with Thrivent for $1,000, one with the Hansen Foundation for $14,000, one that will be arriving soon from the Hunt Family Foundation for $25,000.
With this being said the Village of Culbertson with Miller & Associates tells me they will be advertising for bids very soon.  We are still anxiously awaiting news from a couple of grants and a couple more we will try to apply to again that were denied.  Pray for us!!
I will be putting the sign up at the Eagles store again soon in hopes that donations will continue to come as we have raised enough to do the building but will need to raise more for furnishing, landscape & hopefully off street parking.  Spread the word any chance you get about what we are doing. Thanks for you support again and look forward to another month serving this wonderful community.

I wrote to you a year ago about houses for sale/rent in the area. I just wanted to let you know that I received an email from the yahoo address listed on this website and believe it was hacked. The email says that you have been in Ukraine during vacation and need money because you were attacked by some thugs. Anyway – I didn’t want to respond back to that email since it was SPAM and it went to my work email address. I just wanted someone to be aware and that you may need to change your password.

THANKS! (And awesome job on all the money that you have raised and are receiving!)

It’s terrible. I’ve had my email hacked several times. It always leads to a lot of your friends contacting you and telling you you’ve been hacked. Then you have to change your email address and password and contact all of them and notify them, Good luck. I hope it’s not too bad on you.

  • Yes. It’s terrible when you get hacked. I’m glad you were able reach your goal of $250,000. That is quite an impressive achievement. It’s always great to see a community work together.
