We want to thank everyone for making our open house a big success. We had a lot of people stop by to see all the changes that have been happening at the library. Most everyone commented that it was hard to believe our “new” building is already 20 years old. Of course the new computer lab received high praise. It is a wonderful addition to the library, paid for 100% with grant funding.

Hey Moms and Caretakers,
You and your little ones are invited to join us on Thursday 
mornings at 10:30 for a fun time at the library. One of the most precious gifts we can give to children is a love for reading and books. Reading opens new worlds, children can visit far away lands, fight fire-breathing dragons, or be a royal princess the possibilities are endless. The library storytime can play an important role in introducing your children to the magic of books. So come and join the fun!

Franklin Public Library is on the web. Wecome to our new website. We have been making several changes at the library; and this is one of them. Here you will find information about the library and how to contact us. There are also links to our school, town, county, and state which you should find helpful. You can check our calender for special events and library closings. We will post “new arrivals” to our library collections for you to check out and in the future will have our online catalog available for you to view.
