Please join us Sunday, September 11th for the dedication of the flag pole and bench presented by the American Legion Auxiliary Anno Sanger Unit 209 in memory of Merle and Lorraine Trambly. Service will begin at 2:00 with refreshments to follow.

Nebraska 150 Books

March 1, 2017 marks Nebraska’s 150th anniversary of statehood!

In celebration of the Nebraska Sesquicentennial the Nebraska Literary Heritage Association and the Nebraska Library Commission, have compiled the ‘Nebraska 150 Book List’ to highlight a spectrum of Nebraska books and encourage reading in preparation for celebration activities.

To participate in the reading challenge, pick up a list at the library or visit nebraska150books.org . Completed forms must be submitted by February 28, 2017 to be eligible for the prize drawing on March 1, 2017.
