On these cold winter days there is nothing better than curling up with a good book or movie. Hooper Public Library offers a wide variety of movies & magazines and of course thousands of books to borrow. We also offer Nebraska Overdrive which will allow you to borrow e-books or audio books for your Kindle, Nook, Ipad, etc.
Join a book club and have fun discussing your opinion of the latest selection. The adult club, The Bookenders meets the third Monday of each month at 6:30p.m. The youth club meets once a month as well and the dates are decided on by the youth at each meeting according to their schedules. This month they are watching “City of Ember” which was their book selection last month. They will be viewing the movie in two parts on Thursday, February 13th and 20th at 5:00p.m. Please join us!
