What questions do you have about your budget, getting started with investments, or retirement planning? Kimball Public Library has resources to help you find answers. We offer books, DVDs, and online resources to help you make better decisions about your money.

The Smart Investing @ your library® Builds Nebraska Communities program is coordinated in Nebraska by the Nebraska Library Commission and the Northeast Library System. The information will cover getting out of debt, planning for retirement, knowledge and resources on investing,

The aim of this training is to help people make well-informed financial decisions for themselves and their families. This financial education effort is supported in part by a grant from Smart investing @ your library®, a partnership between the American Library Association and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation.

This is a unique opportunity provided by your library to offer a self-directed, personally paced program. The program is current, unbiased, and confidential. It provide access to a world of information and answers for financial questions.


Take advantage of these unbiased resources offered in our upcoming Financial Education training. Join us either Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 5:30 p.m. OR Thursday, Jan. 15at 10:00 am for the kick-off of the Financial Education training offered at the Kimball Public Library. Register in advance by visiting the library to sign up, email, or call 308-235-4523. Participants who attend both the Kick-Off and Wrap-Up (February 19) events and participate in the online curriculum will be eligible to win an iPod Shuffle.
