Join us for a “wintry mix” of speakers and breakout sessions during our Winter Workshop on February 16th.

Joyce Neujahr, Director of Patron Services at UNO’s Criss Library, will begin the day with an interactive presentation on Customer Service: It’s all about You AND all about “Them.”

Our Lunch Speaker will be Melanie Wilkinson who is a journalist and column-writer for the York News-Times.  She will share from her writings and candid reflections on her own life experiences, including the challenges of raising her five siblings after the death of her parents and the humor that can be found in all of life’s journey.

The OverDrive Users Group will connect current participants and Devra Dragos will deliver the latest news and tips for Nebraska’s OverDrive Consortium.

Get some great reading suggestions during the Readers Advisory Group.  Don’t forget to bring a book or two to share!
