Library cards are free.
The periods of loan for items that may be checked out are as follows:

return all materials to the inside or outside book drop or circulation desk on or before that date or a fine will be charged. Overdue charges PER ITEM are as follows: books – $.05 per day, audio books – $.50 per day, and movies $.50 per day. If an item is lost, then you will be charged a replacement cost plus a $2.00 processing fee.
Photocopier and computer printer copies are $.10 each, microfilm printer copies are $.25 each, faxes under 10 pages are free with a fee of $.25 /page after 10 pages.
Laminating is $.75 per page. Use of the accucut machine is free but you must bring your own paper/fabric/supplies
Interlibrary loan service is free, but you do pay one-way postage for the item requested. Some requests cannot be met. Ask the librarian for details.
You are welcome to use the North Bend Public Library Internet access. We want you to be aware that we are required by law to have a filtering system for Internet access but it is not foolproof and we do not monitor Internet use. We offer free Wi-Fi.
