The North Platte Public Library was one of thirteen Nebraska Libraries to participate in the Nebraska Library Association’s invitation to share “A Day in the Life of Nebraska Libraries.” During this event we are proud to let you know that the participating libraries served over 23,000 people, checked out over 48,000 items and answered more than 1,350 questions. The day we chose to spotlight was April 11th, 2012. This was a special day for our library because we celebrated 100 years of serving North Platte. You can view photos of our day and read some of our patron comments on the attached links. For the day’s statistics and some of our patron’s comments click here: Snapshot Nebraska
