Who are we?
- Young and old, working and retired, natives and newcomers, we are library patrons who treasure books, movies, magazines and free access to information and all of the other great resources a library can provide.
- We are dedicated to improving the O’Neill Public Library’s services and equipment for the benefit of the whole community.
- We believe that our library is an important institution which improves the quality of life.

How do I join?
- Mail the membership application (see below) to 601 E. Douglas, O’Neill, NE 68763
- Return the membership application to the library.
- Please feel free to attend a Friends of the Library meeting on the second Wednesday of every month at 5:15p.m. in the library’s presentation room.
