Notice is hereby given that the Shelby Community Library will accept sealed bids to be delivered to the library on or before 4 pm Monday, April 23, 2018, for the sale of the following described personal property:

CHAIR, & 12 KEYBOARD DRAWERS

TERMS OF THE SALE

1.   All rejected bids will be returned to bidders.
2.  The Shelby Community Library Reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
3.  The equipment is being sold “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.
4.  Highest bidder will win the bid.
