Thanks to all who joined us for story time! Our book was A Nest Full of Eggs by Priscilla Beltz Jenkins. To go along with our story, we made a fun ‘birds nest’ to take home, and even had a ‘nest with eggs’ as a treat! If you didn’t make it for this month’s story time, I sure hope you can make it for the one on June 10th; I have another great craft and treat for you. And speaking of the one in June, would YOU like to pick the book? If so, stop by the library and see me during our operating hours for the guidelines and theme. We only do this once a month, so get your name on the list to pick the books for the rest of the year – first come, first served! See you soon!

Did You Know?
The sandwich is named after a person. The Earl of Sandwich made the first sandwich: roast beef between two slices of bread. Legend has it that he was so busy playing cards, he didn’t want to stop to eat!
