June 2022 Happenings-
Summer Reading Program- “Oceans of Possibilities”
Our summer reading program is currently underway. It’s not too late to sign up! We currently have over 62 participants ranging in ages from pre-K through adult. This year we are using BINGO/Challenge cards. There are different BINGO/Challenge cards for each age group. Stop by the library to pick yours up, if you haven’t already. Each BINGO attained equals one entry for the GRAND prize. (Children may also pick out a small prize from the prize chest with each BINGO earned.)
Summer Reading Program Activity Wednesday, June 15th Stop by the library to explore the oceans and its creatures with Perler beads. Choose a creature from a pattern or create your own! We will melt the beads and make beautiful creatures together! *Perler beads are a choking hazard for small children and accompaniment by an adult is highly encouraged. Story Time Thursday, June 16th at 3:30 p.m. Come join us for our story time! Each week, we read a few fun stories and then do a craft or activity based on what was read.
