“Tails and Tales” Summer Reading program will be starting on May 26th – Wednesday Mornings at 10:00! Stop by to sign up for the program which will run through the month of June 2021. Lots of fun stories to read…activities to do….and so many tails…tales to learn about. Stop by the library or call 402-821-2832 to get signed up!!!

Back to Regular Hours

The Library is back to our regular hours….
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00.
The meeting room is still restricted. Call for availability based on current requirements.

Re-opening for the Library

The library is scheduled to re-open on July 1st, with some new guidelines. Hours will be Tuesday through Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am to 12:00. Public Computers will be available by appointment only. Visits to the library will be limited to picking out your books and checking them out, no children may come into the library with out an adult. We are asking all our patrons to be Covid Virus Responsible. Hand Sanitizer will be located at the doors for your use when entering and masks are recommended (but not required). All returned books are sanitized and placed in “book” quarantine before being put back on the shelves. We can not guarantee your safety from the Covid virus, but will work to make your visit to the library as safe as possible. Thanks and look forward to seeing all of you.

Library Closed March 17th thru March 23rd

In response to the COVID-19 virus, the library will be closed from March 17th thru March 23rd. Please watch for updates on status of the library hours. Books will be automatically renewed during this time, The Dvoracek Memorial Library Does Not charge fines for overdue books. Please call the library and leave a message if you have concerns or needs during this time. Sharon will be at the library daily to answer your requests. Thanks for your cooperation during this unusual time, and stay healthy.

Bug Adventure

We are buggin’ out! at the library on Saturday, September 22nd. Bug Adventure Story Time will start at 10 am. Nicole Stoner – UNL Extention Educator – will be sharing some fun information on Bugs and a bug hunt around the library will follow.
