Book Club Resources

Guidelines for book clubs interested in requesting book kits from other libraries:

  1. Identify the kit your are interested in using.
  2. Request the kit through our interlibrary loan service.
  3. One member of the book club will check out the entire kit on their library card and when finished have it returned as one kit.  This individual is responsible for what is checked out on their card.
  4. Because the postage for kits will be higher than for one book the fee for this service will be $5.00.  Payable when the kit is picked up at the library.

Note:   Some libraries allow their local book clubs to reserve kits in advance.  Be aware that there may be instances when a kit could not be available for the dates you request it.

The Nebraska Library Commission maintains a page of Resources for Book Club Groups.
