The Alliance Public Library Foundation fundraises in order to financially support the library and its services outside of city budget constraints. Examples of such support include paying special presenter fees, providing refreshments during program events, and making special purchases.
Recent purchases include the furniture and decor for the new children’s room and the private meeting space housed in the library’s old Heritage Room, supplying refreshments and prizes for the Summer Reading programs, and purchasing an electric piano for use during Story Time programs.
