Kitchen Science at the Library

Kitchen Science with UNL Extension Educators began this month at the library. Each week, a group of young scientists will experiment with items found in their kitchens to make (hopefully) edible projects. This week, the group discovered how butter is made. They got quite the workout by shaking heavy cream in mason jars to get the desired effect.
