Week ONE: SHARKS (June 1, 2022)
This week we learned all about SHARKS!!! We played pin the fin on the shark, we made Newspaper sharks and clothespin sharks and we made our very own shark masks. Our favorite Kenny the shark made an appearance.
Week 2: PIRATES (June 8, 2022)
This week we learned all about pirates!!!! We made our very own pirate treasure chest with some of our own treasure inside. We also had a pirate tattoo parlor where you could transform yourself into a pirate! A sneaky pirate made an appearance and tried to steal out “treasure”!
WEEK 3: FISH (June 15, 2022)
This week we learned all out fish! We made sea sensory bottles and jellyfish lanterns.
WEEK 4: UNDER THE SEA CREATURES (June 22, 2022)
This week we learned all out the creatures that live under the sea. Did you know that there are one million different species that live under the sea???? AND they are finding more everyday! Today we made Color Scratch Turtles and Turtle Shell Magnets.
WEEK 5: BEACH DAY (June 29, 2022)
Today was our LAST story hour for the year until our End Of Summer Party on August 3. We had fun playing outside. We had a Shark Slip N Slide, A Jump House with a sprinkler, squirt guns, chalk and bubbles!!! We also had a GIANT beach ball but it was too windy for it outside so we just got to use that in the Library!
