It looks like everyone enjoyed Founder\u2019s Day. Singing, great food, activities
\n\t for everyone and BEAUTIFUL cars (when cars still had their own style).
\nFarnam Clover\u2019s 4-H is now meeting on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every
\n\t month. It\u2019s still at the Farnam Public Library at 7:00 pm.
\nCome in and look through our collection of VHS and DVD movies. Star Trek,
\n\twesterns, Danielle Steel, Disney, Comedies, Action, Little Rascals,
\n\tShirley Temple, National Geographic\u2019s, and many more.
\nRemember to say \u201cThank you\u201d to Farnams Firemen and EMTs for being there so quickly when we need them. They put so
\n much on the line for us.

Chocolate-Caramel Crescent Sopapillas<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chocolate. Hazelnut. Caramel. Not sold yet? These crescent sopapillas are fried and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Go on, try to resist!<\/p>\n

Ingredients
\n2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
\n2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
\n2 tablespoons dulce de leche caramel sauce
\n1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury\u2122 refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
\n1 tablespoon powdered sugar<\/p>\n

Steps
\n\u2022\t1) In deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, heat oil to 325\u00baF. In small bowl, mix
\n\t chocolate hazelnut spread and caramel; set aside.
\n\u2022\t2) Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Working with 1 rectangle at a time,
\n\tpress to seal diagonal seam on both sides. Cut rectangle into 2 squares,
\n\tthen cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles.
\n\u2022\t3) Place rounded teaspoon of filling in center of triangle half; moisten edges
\n\t with water. Top with matching triangle half, and pinch edges to seal
\n\t while working air out of filling pocket. Place in refrigerator, and repeat
\n\t with remaining dough.
\n\u2022\t4) Working in batches, fry sopapillas 3 minutes, turning several times for
\n\t even browning. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with powdered sugar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
