The Investigation begins August 1st!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Time to clue in at the library\u2026<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It\u2019s murder at the library with the kick off of the \u201cUnderground Murder Mystery\u201d on Monday Aug 1<sup>st<\/sup>.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 For patrons 14 through adult, there is plenty of motive, means and opportunity to figure out.\u00a0 It will take team of 2 to 5 persons a week of sleuthing, searching and games to identify the killer.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This free event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.\u00a0 \u201cOther libraries have had great success doing these all in one night.\u00a0 I think ours will be a first having it over a week with new clues posted every couple of days both on the library \u00a0and community Facebook pages as well as the crime board in the library\u201d, states Friends member Julie Meirose.<\/h4>\n<h4>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Team signups begin the week of July 25<sup>th<\/sup> at the library.\u00a0 Events start with the scenario being posted Monday night, August 1<sup>st <\/sup>followed by the viewing of the crime scene and treats in the library all day Tuesday August 2<sup>nd<\/sup>.\u00a0 Teams receive a crime packet with the list of suspects and the coroner\u2019s report then they are off following the clues!\u00a0 Additional clues will be provided through the week leading up to final predictions on August 8th.\u00a0 Plans are underway for the reveal and team prizes.\u00a0 Team progress can be tracked on the crime board posted in the library.
