On Monday we had Scrabble Day, with hard candy with letters on it; Tuesday-Library Workers Day; Wednesday-Pink Eraser Day, we handed out pencils with erasers (all colors); Thursday-High Five Day, we had patrons trace their hand prints and we displayed them and of course gave lots of &#8220;High Fives&#8221; and Firday-Cheeseball Day, we gave bags\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5\">of Cheese crackers to patrons.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5\"> During the week we had sign ups for book drawings. The following received books: Childrens Books: Colin Day, Kendall Miller, Savannah McCarty, Adelyn Meyer, Tavin Rousselle, Lydia Barth, Everett Hanson, Chloe Brown, Connor Tidyman and Avery Broomfield. \u00a0Adult Book recipients include: Anna Gray, Dick Quinn, Deb Stevens, Abby Barth, Michael Snare, eric Lucero, Peggy Appleyardm Pat Pierce, Rose Dickerson, and Kim Williams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>GET READY FOR CHILDREN&#8217;S BOOK WEEK (MAY 4-8).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>National Library Week was a success.
