- Come Celebrate National Library Week at the Shelby Community Library. Monday, April 13 through Saturday, April 18, • A silent auction on a section of collectable antique books; all week long to 12 noon Saturday, April 18. • Batman will be here on Wednesday, April 15th from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. We’ll have a photo booth for you to have the perfect photo opportunity with a real super hero! • A special Open House will be held on Wednesday, April 155th from 5 pm to 7 pm. Sign up for prizes and free treats. • A used book sale for all ages will be going on all week. • Come in and take a “Book-shelfie”! Stop by the library to click a selfie with your favorite book(s). The top Book-shelfie will get a fabulous prize!
