TERMS OF THE SALE

1.   All rejected bids will be returned to bidders.
2.  The Shelby Community Library Reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
3.  The equipment is being sold “as is” with no warranties, express or implied.
4.  Highest bidder will win the bid.
