Yes, that is from J. R. R. Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” book. My whole point in telling you that, is that is the phrase I use when it is COLD, COLD, COLD!!!! So Burra-hobbit folks; schools have canceled and most offices are closed – Snyder Library will also be closed this evening due to the dangerous wind chills (Please stay inside!) For those of you who have books due tonight, no worries, just return them on Sunday when the weather looks to be a bit more hospitable (high of 21!!). Until then, curl up with a good book and stay warm!
