February’s Book Club Selection- “Animal Dreams” by Barbara Kingsolver

Spalding’s Public Library Book Club met Monday, February 10^th to discuss January’s book selection “The Book Thief” by Markus Zukas.  The group of 5 women had an enjoyable time discussing this moving and unforgettable story about the ability of books to feed the soul. Death himself narrates this World War II-era story.  A copy of this book is available at the library for check out.   February’s book club selection is “Animal Dreams” by Barbara Kingsolver. “Animal Dreams” is a passionate and complex novel about love, forgiveness, and one woman’s struggle to find her place in the world.   The  Spalding Public Library book club will meet again on Thursday, March 6^th at 5pm to discuss this book.  Everyone is welcome!!  Stop by and check us out!!
