This session with Erica Rose from UNO offers\u00a0Appreciative Inquiry as a framework that provides tangible strategies\u00a0that participants can use to nurture, implement and inspire leadership through simple but meaningful actions. Participants will brainstorm collectively about addressing the challenges of mentorship in smaller libraries.
