The board meets on the second Wednesday of each month in the meeting rooms of Kilgore Memorial Library. Anyone interested in the activities of the Friends Group are welcome to attend these meetings.
“Souper” Soup Sale
Annually on the Saturday following Thanksgiving 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Quarts of your favorite homemade soup for only $8 each. Frozen and ready for your freezer or gifting! This event is held at the library.
York Uncorked
Annually on the Saturday prior Valentine’s Day 5:30 – 8:00 pm
Share the evening with your sweetheart at KILGORE MEMORIAL LIBRARY . . . tasting fine wines, liquors and micro-brews plus delicious chocolates and other munchies, plus a souvenir wine glass! Advance sales tickets for $25 are available at the Grand Central Foods, the York Chamber of Commerce, or Kilgore Library. At the door, the night of the event, tickets will be $30. Must be 21 to attend.
