Library Board Meeting June 11th

The Ainsworth Library Board will hold its monthly meeting on June 11th at 5 p.m. at the Library.  The agenda consists of the following items:

1. Call meeting to order
2. Notice of the posting of the Open Meeting Laws
3. Roll call
4. Approve minutes
5. Approve claims for payment
6. Presentation of Monthly Library Report/List of Titles Purchased in May
7. Summer Reading Program Update:  Numbers involved in different age groups and the NEST 529 College Savings Scholarship 8.
8. Persinger’s Book Signing-May 23^rd
9. NebraskAccess Statewide Databases lineup to expand July 1^st
10. Proposed Budget for 2015-216
11. Strategic Plan
12. Workshops/Meetings: Library Foundation Board Meeting Review and their possible fundraiser during Alumni Parade;  Growing Up Wild “Exploring Nature with Young Children” Workshop at the Ainsworth Library on-July 14; Basic Library Skills Courses taken by Wanda Raymond (Organization of Materials (Completed) and Library Finance (Currently doing)
