Pumpkin Pie Baking Class
National Pie Baking Contest Grand Champion and owner of Blue Ribbon Pie Company, Phyllis Bartholomew, taught a group how to make her “Pumpkin Pie with Pecan Topping” recipe. At the end of the session, everyone was able to take their fabulous looking (and fabulous tasting) pies home. Phyllis shared many great tips and other recipes, while the baking was being done.
