2023 Library Community Survey
Do you want more from the library? Tell us! Don’t use the library? Tell us why! Do you have ideas for how we can make our Perkins County communities better, cooler places to live? We want your input!
The library is currently conducting a community survey to assess library usage as well as broader community needs. The survey consists of mostly multiple choice/checkbox questions with a few short answer questions for more feedback. Unless you choose to leave contact information, the survey is completely anonymous.

Our goal is to receive responses from 30% of Perkins County residents. Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback and share the link with interested friends and family members as well.
