All Together Now: Mondays with Mo and KPop
Mondays in June @ 9AM
Come hang out with Kevin & Monica Poppe and help us turn the Soulful Salvage lot into a cool community space! We’ll make art, build stuff, and design and plant a greenspace! Bonus: you can count this time as Community Service Hours for NHS and other activities.
LEGO Club
Grades 2nd & up
Tuesdays 6/6 & 6/20 2-4PM
Do you love LEGO’s? Can you handle small children also loving LEGO’s? Have we got a deal for you! Spend a couple of hours and build until your heart is content with the library’s extensive LEGO collection
Spend a morning with Robin and get trained on Makerspace equipment. Space for classes is limited to 10, so sign up now! Once you complete this training, you can come in any time and use the stuff yourself!
Teen 3D Printer Training
Thursday 6/22, 10AM-12PM
Robin will train you on our 3D printers: how they work, how to find cool stuff to download, and how to design your own stuff to print!
Teen CorelDraw & Vinyl Cutter Training
Thursday 6/29 10AM-12PM
Learn the basics of our CorelDraw design software and how to use our Vinyl Cutter to make your own stickers, signs, crafts, and more!
Teen Book Club
Join our new Teen Book Club this summer! We will have a 6th-8th grade group and a 9th-12th grade group (grade just completed). Book club books will arrive in early June and we will meet and discuss in early July. Also, snacks will be provided at book club, because obviously.
So if any of this sounds even remotely interesting or fun to you, let us know! Stop by the library in person, or click on the I’m In button to go directly to the online sign-up page and select the activities you’d like to do. Also be sure to check out the Reading Challenge Page to find out how to get free stuff just for reading.
