Mission Statement
The mission of the Neligh Public Library is to provide access to informational, educational, cultural, and recreational library materials and services in a variety of formats and technologies; and to uphold the public’s freedom of access to information.
Vision Statement
Through its services, collections and staff the Neligh Public Library is an essential and vital component of the cultural and intellectual life of Neligh, Nebraska and the surrounding area. It endeavors to fill the educational, entertainment, and civic needs of the community and should spark curiosity and provide tools for discovery in a safe and welcoming environment. It strives to be a leader among small rural libraries.
