Caramel Apples and Halloween Bags

Hey kids!  Join us October 27th at 2:00 for caramel apples and a chance to make your own Halloween bag!

We want to keep our doors open, can you help us?

Unfortunately we have lost a significant amount of funding and our little library is in jeopardy.  We are a valuable resource to the children of our small town with a population of 322.  Last month alone we had 221 patrons, the majority of which were children.  Please donate if you’re able, and come by too!  Please send any donation to Lois Johnson Memorial Library PO Box 187 Oakdale Ne 68761.  Any amount helps!  Thank you!

Monthly Meeting

We are having our regular monthly board meeting, October 4th at 7:00pm.

Come meet a local author…

Be sure to join us September 22nd, as local author Nancy Summerer comes to the library at 11:00.  Bring those kids too, and they can enjoy a snack, craft, and story time, while you get to know Mrs. Summerer and what has inspired her in her writing.  We are so excited to have her and support a local author!
