Palmyra Memorial Library is the recipient of a LEGO Junior Maker toolkit. Each toolkit contains over 10 thousand LEGO bricks. The kits were donated by LEGO systems to 750 libraries across the United States. The library will be offering Junior Maker programs this summer. Watch for more details…
Palmyra Memorial Library will be hosting the 2nd annual Family Game Night on Friday, April 10th at 7:00 P.M. at the Palmyra Activities Center. Families are invited to come and play games and learn new games. We will provide the games and treats. Just come and have fun!
March 1 – Sweetheart Dinner served by the Palmyra Youth Group. Dinner served at 5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 P.M. Be sure and get your tickets early.
March 2 – Dr. Seuss Day – stop by the library and pick up your Dr. Seuss book bag.

March 9 – Book Club will meet at 1:45 P.M. today and watch the movie – Fried Green Tomatoes and then discuss how the movie differs from the book.
March 9 – Young adult author Brianna Bunn will be visiting the library at 6:30 P.M. to discuss her new book – Lives For Hire. The public is invited to attend this event.

February 13 – Family/Adult Movie Night –for ages 12 and up (Younger children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian). Doors will open at 6:30 P.M. at the Palmyra Activities Center and the movie will begin at 7:00 P.M.. Please bring a lawn chair.
February 14 – Valentine’s Day & Kids Movie Night –for ages 4 – 11 at the Palmyra Activities Center. Doors will open at 6:00 P.M. We will be serving hot dogs, chips, drink and snack. (Free will donation) Parents can pick up their children at 9:00 P.M.

The public is invited to a holiday open house at the Palmyra Memorial Library on Sunday, December 14th from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. There will be two very unusual holiday collections on display and you can also enjoy some Christmas cookies and punch/coffee. Check out our collection of holiday books and DVDs.
