The International Program at NE Christian will be presenting their 2nd cooking school this year. The Chinese girls will be teaching us how to cook and serve a “Chinese Hot Pot.” This is a healthy version of a fondue party. The Chinese families serve this meal on special occasions when the family can all gather for a long meal filled with good healthy food and good family conversation. This meal is simple to prepare and fun to eat. Come and share a hot pot with us as you learn how to prepare and serve this dish in your own home. International cooking classes provide a wonderful opportunity to learn about other cultures!
Pre-Registration is required! Fee: $10 (payable evening of class) Includes steak, chicken and shrimp. Location: Heartland Evangelical Free Church (1620 19th St. Central City, NE).
