Hi everyone! We received a question about Obituary Lookups. Unfortunately we don’t have any other than what has been donated to the museum downstairs. We did get in contact with the Clay County News in Sutton and asked them how a person would be able to find obituaries thru them. The paper said to come to their office at 207 N. Saunders Avenue in Sutton and anyone can look thru all their old papers in the basement. The hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. This paper would be a great starting place for anyone looking up family history.
