Free Computer Classes Through Mid Plains

The Sargent Library has received a grant that will pay for Mid Plains Community College to teach the following computer class(es) at the library:

Jan 9, 2013 Computer Basics – 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Jan 16, 2013 Internet Basics – 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Jan 23, 2013 Intro to Microsoft Word – 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Jan 30, 2013 Intro to Microsoft Excel – 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Feb 6, 2013 How to use Facebook – 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Feb 6, 2013 How to upload pictures – 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The classes will be free to the participants (including any needed materials) and will be for up to 10 people. You will need to call the library to preregister since class size is limited.
