Please join the Shelby Friends of the Library, Shelby Chamber of Commerce, Business & Area Clubs for the 5^th Annual Trunk or Treat! Mark your calendar for a fun filled time at Shelby’s Trunk or Treat. We are expecting 200 children to participate. The more trunks we have, the more fun for kids! We are needing business, clubs & Friends of the Library to help us provide more trunks. The location of the Trunk or Treat is downtown Shelby on Walnut Street between Oak Street & Pine Street. Set-up time will be held from 1:15 pm to 1:45 pm. Children will Trick-or-Treat between 2 pm and 4 pm.
