Today, we had our last Story Hour for the summer. This week Stacy Stewart hosted with the theme “Rocket for Reading.” Everyone had fun while we read 4 books, danced to space music, played Rocket, Rocket, Blast-Off, and even made plastic cup rockets! Every had fun and enjoyed our last Story Hour for the summer!

This week preschool through 2nd grade students enjoyed a story hour with Sherri Nielsen. They read a book about the first dogs in space and a book about Neil Armstrong.   On Thursday, June 13th, Kelly Willis led the first Story Hour. Participants had the chance to create bracelets with beads that glow in the dark and beads that change color in the sunlight, complete astronaut missions after popping balloons, and play dodge the Meteorite!
