For Preschool aged (0-5yrs)

For Preschool Playtime & Storytime, children must be accompanied by a caregiver aged 18 or older

Preschool Playtime: Wednesday, December 6th at 10:30am

Preschool Storytime: Wed., December 20th & Thurs., December 21st at 10:30am

For Elementary/Middle School/High School (5-18 yrs)

CHILDREN UNDER 10 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CAREGIVER AGED 14 OR OLDER

St. Nikolaustag: Christmas movie & craft: Wednesday, December 6th from 2pm-4pm

Come celebrate St. Nicholas Day by making a Christmas stocking & while we watch the movie, we will leave our stockings outside the door. Will St. Nicholas visit and leave something in the stocking?

He might, you will have to come to find out!

Holiday Break Program Extravaganza!

Be on the look out for details about programs held for all ages during the Holiday Break!

Christmas Market: Saturday, December 16th 10am-3pm

Local Authors & Vendors will be at the library selling everything from soaps, food,

and of course, books! Finish your last minute Christmas shopping!

Book Club: Tuesday, December 19th at 2:30pm

Genealogy Club: Tuesday, December 26th at 7pm

Christmas Movie Marathon!: Tuesday, December 26th from 1pm-7:30pm

          Bring the whole family to watch Christmas movie favorites projected on the big screen!

Youth Card Game Series: Wednesday, November 15th from 2pm-4pm**

Come spend the afternoon at the library with your friends and learn how to play the card games War & Speed!

Assistant Librarian

Part-time position (20 hours per week)

Includes evening & occasional Saturday hours.

Duties include, but not limited to;

  • greeting patrons, checking in & checking out of materials using the library circulation system, looking up materials for patrons
  • working with the director & summer reading coordinator on library programming
  • processing new materials, preparing library displays, shelving materials
  • posting to social media & creating library flyers

No, this isn’t Groundhog day, but Preschool Storytime has been rescheduled to next Wednesday, the 25th, & Thursday, the 26th! Same time, same place on a different date!
