Exhibit Planning Meeting

In late 2017, it was announced that Legacy of the Plains Museum was chosen to host the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street traveling exhibit called Water Ways. This exhibit will come to Gering on February 23 and be on display until April 7, 2019.

This exhibit explores the role of water in our world as an essential resource, a source of inspiration, spirituality, recreation, and political power.

We invite you to come join us for a planning meeting so that we can share what the exhibit is, what programs and exhibits we are planning, and how your organizations can get involved. (Because honestly, we want everyone involved!)

We would like to hold this planning meeting on Monday, July 16th. We would like your feedback on a time that would work well for you. I have a doodle poll set up, so please check the times that work best for you. We will select the time that has the most number able to attend.

Thank you and we look forward to meeting with everyone!
