A special party will be held in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Ainsworth Public Library on November16th at the Elks Building. Everyone is welcome to attend. All the fun will start at 6 p.m. Come for hors d’oeuvres and cake! We wil also be holding our Book Basket Silent Auction at this event. We have lots and lots of great baskets for you to choose from Thank you to all that put together a basket for this event! All the proceeds will go towards a match on a grant for phrase two of library improvements. We need close to $50,000 to replace outdated light fixtures in the old part of the library plus install new carpet and paint the walls. We also need to purchase some seating for the fireplace area. All of your support is greatly appreciated!
