The “On Your Mark, Get Set…Read!” Summer Reading Program is drawing to a fast ending. The month has been full of children events and all kinds of sports!
The last sessions for the Toddler Time and Preschool Story Time will be held on June 21st. Dance will be our topic with the small children.
The final Fun-Hours for the K-4th Grade will be held on June 23rd. the topic for the K-1st grade group will be dance and the topic for the 2nd-3rd-4th graders will be football. The last day to keep tract of time spent reading is June 25th. This group will have been reading for four full weeks. The Reading Time Slips need to be returned to the library by 6 p.m. on Monday, June 27th, to qualify for prizes. The Ending Picnic will be held on Wednesday, June 29th, from 11:30 p.m. – 1 p.m. for this group of students. Please bring a sack lunch. We will provide drinks! Certificates and prizes will be handed out at this time. If you can’t attend, the items will be saved for you.
The Middle School Lunch Bunch will be gathering together on July 20th to discuss the title “Swindle”. The Library has extra copies so if you are interested in reading this book, please let us know!
