It has been busy at the library! We are getting the new Atriuum catalog system and we are currently cataloging all of our materials in the catalog. Summer reading program is going and is doing well. Sarah, Kylie, and Kaytlynn are our volunteers this year. We have 3 more weeks for the program. If your children want to come we are having it on Monday evenings 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. July 9th, 16th, and 23rd. Our volunteers had detasseling start very early so we had to change the times. Everyone is welcome to come. The Reading Program party will be on July 23rd and we may get messy! Thank you to all our patrons for their generous donations and help with the program. Everyone is asking about the tree out front, and yes it was taken down last week due to the massive damage it has taken from the storms. It will be missed. Everyone is welcome to come in out of the heat and use the computers or read a book. We have Large print loans and books on cds in also. All donations are welcomed, especially DVD’s, young adult books, etc. Thank you to our patrons who have donated books and movies, we appreciate it! Everyone have a safe July 4th celebration and we look forward to seeing you here!
