The Library Foundation Board was incorporated in 1983 to solicit and receive gifts, grants and property of any kind for the use and benefit of the library. The board meets twice yearly, in April and October.

The Library Board of Trustees is a group of citizens responsible for the governing the library. These members are appointed by the Mayor, approved by the City Council and are a vital link between the library and the community. The board meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:30pm.
