We are glad to announce that the first books for our new Business Collection have made their way to the Holdrege Area Public Library. Last autumn, our Give2Grow campaign was centered around purchasing books that would support both adult and juvenile learning. We have placed our first order, and are now receiving the adult books that will help any interested person learn the skills to develop and grow their own business – or to help any businessperson excel at the jobs they already have.
The subjects of the books are divided into 25 areas, and each book in the collection will be listed in a folder available at the Circulation Desk. The subject areas we will cover with this collection are:

While the books that are initially selected for the collection are those in the Personal MBA Recommended Reading List, we are open for any recommendations our patrons may have for additions to our list. We hope that this investment will support our patrons in their goals for many years to come.
