Starting August 22, 2011 the Shelby Community Library hours will be. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. reopen 12:30p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sat 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed Friday & Sunday
